HP Photosmart 1215 print problem

    My 1215 won't print cyan or yellow. I've replaced the color cartridge and have run all 3 cleaning options, bur those 2 colors won't work... not even a little. I really like this old printer and I don't want to give up on it until I'm sure it's not repairable.

    Try uninstalling it and then reinstall it. Or check for driver updates which I don't think would matter.

    Hi SCFrance. I agree with Bill. I would update the driver for the printer if you haven't done that yet. Also try re-seating all of the cartridges since its possible that they are not fully inserted in the printer.
