HP Officejet Pro L7780 Printer

I recently installed an HP Officejet Pro L7780 Printer. It's working well except for 2 issues.

It will not print the delivery barcode on envelopes. I'm using Microsoft Word 2000 amd running Windows XP.

Secondly, the printer prints an extra sheet for every job. It contains statistical information such as date modified and word count.

I find no tools anywhere to modify settings related to either issue, suggestions??

 

I think your printer is set to print a separator page. On my HP5, that setting is in Control Panel> Printers> right-click Officejet Pro L7780> Properties> Advanced> Separator Page. It may be slightly different with your printer.
