I have been given a foldable keyboard model and with Windows 2003 II running on my Ipaq 4700, it slots into it perfectly however, try as I might I can't get any reaction whatever I do. It is obviously made to fit this PDA range and I suspect that I need to load a specific driver. HP don't offer any drivers on their site neither on the Compaq site and can't find one in any of the driver suppliers. If any out there has one of these neat gizmos which works I would be pleased to hear what I need to do to get it working. There is no specific model number but it is badged with the HP logo.

    Thanks in advance.

Check your Device Manager to see if its being recognized. If you don't find anything go to the menu bar click on view then click on Show hidden devices. That will show any devices that have problems.
