    Welcome to the forum sonnyck.

Do you mean a way to find what internet sites you are connected to at any given time?

    What OS do you run?

There are many, many apps available for viewing what is happening on your connection. Some "packet sniffers" require that you use them as a proxy so that all traffic is routed through them.

If all you want to know is what IP's are currently connected to your machine, Active Ports 1.4, which has just been updated for XP, is a good, free start on seeing that information.

    1. open a command window and type netstat -a
    to see all connections.

or download and run the free utility TCPView from www.sysinternals.com.

Hi, why not try Amor2net Personal Firewall? It has a "Net State" function which can show the currently active connections and the details of these connections, including Remote Address/Port, Local Application/Port, Protocol and Status. You can download it from http://www.armor2net.com.
Good luck and hope this help!
