How to unblock an attachment that was sent with Outlook

    I have Microsoft Outlook 2007.

    Someone sent me an email with an attachment that I need to open. The email landed in the Junk mail folder. I moved it to my inbox, but now it states that "Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachment:" I know it is safe- how do I go about to open the attachment?
