I have a Wacom tablet but rarely plug it in, yet I cannot get rid of the Tablet PC Input Panel. I can't see it in Start up, yet it's always there on my desktop, staying on top, getting in the way. How can I get rid of it?

Also, since I installed my tablet, Sticky Notes will only accept handwritten notes, not typed. Can this be reverted?

    Thanks in advance,
    B

You can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, click Turn Windows features on or off, then uncheck Tablet PC Optional Components.

Thanks. How about reverting to type on sticky notes? Do you think that can be done?

I don't know, but hovering over the option to uncheck Tablet PC Optional Components shows a tool tip with this text:

I don't know if this will give you the desired effect...
