    Hi,
I have been trying for several days to transfer my AOL address book from my old Vista pc to my new Windows 7 pc. I have contacted aol, no help there. I read everything I could find on the internet about this problem. I have tried a few things but nothing has worked. I sure do hate the thought of retyping everything in my address book again. I have zillions of addresses.
Could some nice person help me with this problem?
    Thanks,
    Darlene

What are you using for an e-mail program on Win 7? If I am not mistaken, AOL is a web based e-mail program and you would not need the address's put in a PC based e-mail program.

Hi Mr.Bill, I don't quite understand your question. I use AOL for all my e-mail functions. I bought a new pc and downloaded aol again, when I sign in, my "address book" and "favorites" should be like it was on my old pc. Favorites is correct but Address Book has a VERY old copy of addresses in it. I have never had any trouble transferring aol to a new pc in past.
I am new to this site, why does it say "Resolved" in front of my question?
    I appreciate your help.

oh forgot,if you go up to the top of the thread, you will see "thread tools " click on that and remove the check mark on "solved" i think that what its called, and that will remove "resolved" from your post.
