OEM cd's generally say "to be installed on a new pc only. "

Yep your right , I just mde a call to Microsoft to see what they have to say , Well the tech guy said if it has on the disc " For distribution with a new PC only . For product support, contact the manufacturer of your PC " Its an OEM version

So I am glad its not that , It has to be a retail version because I don't see that on my Microsoft 98 disc , Cool :D

    Thx for the tip .
