Until today, clicking the Task View icon on the Task Bar, enabled me to see what my activities on the computer I carried out. Clicking now Task View, the caption window now opens, but shows "Use your PC more to see your Activities here. Apparently settings has been changed, can anyone help. Thanks Bobby.

What did you find for the cure Bobby?
Has it cured itself by Shutdown and normal Startup?

There is another question that refers to Taskbar View - People, clicking this symbol, shows several past contacts made by me in the Past, ie Ask Leo. How can this and others be removed? Bobby.

Bobby, when you open Task View icon, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see:

    See More Days in Timeline
You'll see up to 30 days in Timeline and be able to do more between devices if you choose to send Microsoft your Activity History,
including info about websites you browse and how you use apps and services.
(there is a BLUE box with YES in it).
Below that is says Learn more (in blue)
    https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-10-activity-history-and-privacy

If you read this link you will be able to stop the Timeline.

RL, my question refers to People on Taskbar, and what I require is to remove certain people from the listed that I no longer correspond and not to do with timeline.

People list, right clicking a name, box has the Delete greyed out. How can the Delete be made operational?
