Does any one know how I can send pop up messeges to my room-mates computers?

They are all connected, we use a router, I can download and upload stuffs to theirs and my computer. (ie like shared folders)

We are all using WinXP pro.

Or is there softwares that does. (other than ICQ, MSN etc)

I have seen my friends who did this for fun back in high school with PII computers.

    Help is very much appreciated
