Once I have entered information in a New Card, how do I save it? The toolbar is inaccessible while the Card screen is displayed and I don't see any Save button. Help!

    He's baaaaaaaaaaaack!

    Hi BirdieBob,

Once you have filled in the information in the "New Card" window, you should see an "OK" and "Cancel" tab at the bottom of the window. Click "OK ".

    BirdieBob,
The only way I have been able to get around this situation is to move the screen to its topmost position and then move the cursor down and get a double arrow on the task bar. Drop the task bar off the screen. You should be just able to see the OK button. After you close the address screen bring your task bar back into its normal position.

I consider this condition one of the bugs of NS 7.0 and have reported it to Netscape. I'm not sure how Ramona can see the bottom buttons in her system.

    Ramona & derfsch:

I have the same problem as derfsch decribed--the OK and Cancel buttons are not visible at the bottom of the New Card or Properties screen. Dragging the screen up as far as possible isn't enough to produce the buttons.

The only solution I've come up with is to change the Display settings (Start> Settings> Control Panel> Display> Settings) and then increase the size of the screen area. The OK and Cancel buttons can then be seen.

This is a pain because the necessary screen size results in smaller font and overall screen presentation than I prefer, and the screen color properties are reduced with the increased screen size. While I can increase screen size without re-booting, reducing screen size does not return full display properties withouit rebooting.

So, it looks like I'll have to increase screen size to edit Address Book, then reboot to get back to my preferred settings. As I mentioned in another thread, I don't see why every window isn't, at a minimum, presented with the abilty to resize. I've given that feedback already, but will report this one also, as derfsch has, as a problem.

Thank you both for the replies and please let me know if you have any other ideas.

    Hi BirdieBob and derfsch,

I'm so sorry that I didn't pick up on the fact that you couldn't see the entire screen on your New Card window. Duh and double duuuuuuuuuuh!!!
Just press "Enter ", and it will save the New Card.

The Windows sizing/resizing could use a good deal of improvement. The most inconvenient to me is the "File Bookmark" window. It's a royal pain to have to resize that window each time I use it, but then I suppose I should be glad that I can resize it!

Thank you m'aam! Enter is a lot easier than the other routine. It would be nice if that little fact were mentioned somewhere & yes, I'll give them feedback.

    Thanks,
