How to remove this virus/trojan horse/spyware....

My OS is Window XP-Home.
Please advise how to remove this spyware/virus/trojan horse:
MHTMLRedir.Exploit
it is in the following file (?)..
C:\Documents and Settings\lc\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\GLYVCPUN\chinatravelservicegroup[1].html

If you are logged on as lc, open the control panel, then internet options, click delete files button under Temporary Internet Files, check the pop-up box for offline content and click OK. If logged-on as a different user, show hidden files and folders. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\lc\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5, select all and delete. Empty the recycle bin when finished with either procedure.
