How to remove icon from Control Panel@

    Trivial problem, but for some reason it bugs the hell out of me every time I open Control Panel -

    there are 2 Internet Options icons - they both work, and are identical.

    Is there any way that I can remove one of them?
    also, how the hell did i get the duplicate in the first place?

    my control panel!
