how to reinstall a component...

    I was deleting things from my laptop last night and woke up this morning not being able to access Lecture notes from my class online. My professor has them in PDF files. I'm sure I didn't delete anything under Adobe or whatever, but when I click on the link, the message goes something like this:

    Cannot open because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Try reinstalling...

    So how do I go about reinstalling this feature?
