how to re-format a doc in MSword

    I have imported a doc from another source containing very short lines, some 3 -4 words.

    How can I format it quickly to reduce the number of lines & make paragraphs of it?

    I can then go through & put blanks lines in later (manually).

    You could give this a try.
    I use it when I've been forwrded mail...and get the message all chopped up and full of >'s. Worth a shot?
