how to open tabs in mozilla thunderbird

I had used the regular mozilla and loved the tabs to open addtional browser windows.
How do I setup this thunderbird browser to do the same thing.

Hi w.young,

If you mean Mozilla "Firebird" this is the drill:

To open a Tab
Click on File | New Tab
OR CTRL+T
Once you have all the Tabs open that you wish to save as a Tab Group
Click on Bookmarks | Add Bookmark
Fill in a Name for the Tab Group
Select where to file the Tab Group
Enable (add a tick) to:
Bookmark all tabs in a folder

Mozilla Thunderbird is a standalone Mail program, therefore no Tab feature.
