    I would like netscape 4.79 to open directly to the
    "edit bookmarks" screen. Can anybody clue me in as to whether this is possible? And if so how do I do it?
    I have also read on this board that NS 7.0 will coexist with NS 4.79, So if I installed that, would the same thing be possible?

    Thanks in Advance.

    I'm not sure if I understand correctly
    When Netscape opens you want to find yourself in "Edit Bookmarks" window?
    If so I don't think it's possible.
    As for the second question, I have N4.7 and N7 on my system, and they don't fight at all

    Hi: you can Edit; Preferences; Navigator;
    In th location bar you can type the C:/ path to bookmarks.
    Not sure you can include {edit booksmarks.}
    Why would you want to open in this?
    It's so easy to click Communicator and Bookmarks.
    Have a good day. jr

    It's nothing more than a personal quirk of mine, since I seem to go their more often than not.
    I also prefer black text on white background One more thing is I seem to collect bookmarks like dirty laundry, and seems to me it would be less confusing than when looking deep into the bookmarks I've collected. I'd rather see them in a more orderly manner. It should also eliminate at least one click.

    Netscape

    I am like you I have a ton of them.
    I am thinking of adding a folder or two and cut the size down to where I can find something.
    I would seperate subjects to each folder.
    :p jr.
