How to Make Windows 7 Look Like MAC OS X

Hello All!
I have an elderly client that has only used Macs. His current Mac PC is 8 years old, so it is time for a new computer. He wants another Mac but he is now living on a fixed income and really can't afford what Apple overcharges for their systems.

I am looking for a way to make a Windows 7 system look and behave like Mac OS X.

I have seen something based on using a Windows 7 "theme ", but just changing colors and icons probably won't be enough. I would like to find something that changes the overall interface. I am sure it wouldn't be exact for legal reasons, but close I think would work.

I did find a application for Windows Vista that did this, but as of yet haven't seen anything for Windows 7.

How about using Linux instead of Win 7 ? It would not be same thing, but much closer than Win 7.
