Resolved How to make ALL folders appear the same

One of MANY things that drives me nuts about Win7 is that I have been unable to master the new windows explorer. What I want is simple: I want to setup 1 custom folder view exactly to my liking and have it stick for EVERY OTHER folder that I view. Not everything of this "type ", not just folders but not drives, etc. In other words I want it to behave as XP did - set it up once, click apply to all, and have everything actually look the same regardless of the contents. Is this possible??
