[How to install Quicktime for Seamonkey browser?]

I have Quicktime in my Seamonkey but my wife's Seamonkey does not. How do I install Quicktime in her browser?

Also, her computer suddenly will not play Utube. You can see the video but there is no sound. How do you fix that?

Go to http://quicktime.com, download and install Quicktime.

First step would be to check in Windows to make sure the sounds is not muted and the volume is turned up.

If still nothing, check all the speaker connections, power, and volume control.

If still nothing, do the speakers work on another computer?

 

Is it just the YouTube videos that produce no audio, or is there no sound being produced by anything? Does the computer produce sound from any other source -- boot-up, shutdown, e-mail arrivals, error beeps? Can you play a music CD or a movie DVD and get audio output from it?

 

Only Utube has no sound. Everything else works perfectly.
