I fix this in spybot but it always comes back. not sure if its on start up or when i open Explorer.
now for the info i've found on this....It's indicated i need an update that i've missed in Internet Explorer ...I am running 6.0...I found the update but when i download it says i need Internet Explorer 6.0 to continue....so you can see my problem. any suggestions as to what to try next to get rid of this?

    thanks
