How to get focus to follow the mouse

    How do I get focus of W2KPro to change based on the position of the mouse. I thought it was Tweakui.....but now all I can find is the Creative Element Power tools. These tweaks R nice, but don't contain the "mouse follow" feature.

    Tweakui>Mouse Tab>bottom of page "Activation follows mouse ". Also General Tab "mouse Hot tracking affects ".

    I'm on 98se but 2000 should be the same?
