I need to enable ports 7770 & 7771. On advice from another user I used the new hardware installation wizard to add ports, but it named them COM5 and I do not know how to change them. I want to be able to access my computer from another location using BubbleIP (www.bubbleip.com) and it says that I need to open these ports. I have sent them a support question but being the impatient person I am, I know I will get a faster response from this forum. If anyone can help please include detailed instructions. I am pretty smart but sometimes mind just goes blank. :(

Haven't looked at the BubbleIP application in detail but I imagine they are talking about IP "ports ". These are extra numbers added to your IP address that applications will use so that if your PC is
    192.168.0.100
and someone connects to it using an application that wants to have port 7770, it would connect to
192.168.0.100:7770 and if that was in use, to 192.168.0.100:7771

These are virtual ports and your system is already set up to allow around 64,000 different ones to be used.

The only thing you'll need to do is make sure any firewall you run is set to allow BubbleIP to send and receive thru ports 7770/1. That's where the enable part comes in.
