How to embed a flash file in a mail?

Hi everybody.
I'm new to this forum and I was wondering if there's anybody around who can help me with this problem.

I just want to know how to embed a flash file (*.swf ) in a mail. I'm sending some flash files to my buddies every now and then by attaching them to the mail. I know there's a way to embed them in the mail, somehow when the receiver opens the mail , the embeded flash file starts playing. And I know I have to use html codes to do this. but unfortunately I've not been able to do it yet.(and being trying for the past 5 months).

I'm using OutLook Express and MS-Outlook.

Any kind of help or idea would be appreciated.

thanx for your reply. I checked with your link.
To be true it was a little hard for me to understand it. and it seems for this task I have to use ColdFusion email and I have to install ColdFusion (though I still don't know what's this ColdFusion).
But at least I found the starting point. I found some informations on Coldfusion in the same site. and it seems i have to spend more time on studying these articles.

and last of all, let me thank you for your help one more time. I was wondering in hundred of forums for several months and i was coming to this conclustion that it's better to give up.
