I have Outlook from office 2010 with SP1 (not sure how to verify this)

iCloud is hooked in with outlook and iCloud is not working so my Outlook is offline. How do I disable this add on?

I don't follow those directions. I just tried send/receive again and it asked me to sign in to my iCloud email account. Now even though it says offline, Outlook is sending and receiving messages. Weird.

I tried to uncheck mail and contacts in the iCloud control panel and then recheck them, and it says it's connecting to Outlook but Outlook still says offline. Interestingly enough, I still have access to iCloud address book.

Does Outlook 2010 have a Trust Center where you can disable add-ons? It's found under Tools in Outlook 2007.

It's under options in 2010 version. Disabling it doesn't change the offline message.
