how to delete specific files?

might sound really idiotic but well, that's me.

I run ad-aware frequently and there seems to be these 6 files that it can't quarantine. they all come from this so-called "ibis toolbar." my gut tells me that must be the thing that's making my computer lag so much.

anyways, is there possibly a way to delete these files?
