I receive frequently documents from a business partner that are formatted in
    3-4 tables in one document.

However, I cannot print the document without losing the left and right side
of the document. I have tried to set the margins, etc. to fit so I can print
    this document properly.

The main problem is converting 3-4 tables in a single document.

Is there a way to convert more than 1 table at a time from table to text?

    Thanks for your help.

Landscape does work -- that is so obvious !!, thanks for pointing it out.

scaling and reducing font size, however, don't work.

I can use Landscape, but it is not as convenient when working with lots of similar documents printed in Portrait.

Is there a way to convert more that one table at the same time?

    Try this:

Select all of your Tables and press [Ctrl-C].

Move your cursor to where you want to paste the new info.

Click Edit | Paste Special..., select Unformatted Text and click OK.

You have saved me from so much aggravation.

    I am very appreciative.
