HOW TO: Change XP Boot Logo?

    I want to change the Boot Logo on XP. I know for a fact that on win98 I can change the boot logo by modifying the logo.sys file in c:\, and also the two files for the shutdown screen which reside in c:\windows, logos.sys & logow.sys. How is this done on windows XP PRO? Thanks,
