I have made a slideshow in WIndows Movie Maker and was planning to burn it to DVD for use in a DVD player. The burning part I am doing in Nero 6 Vision Experss. Unfortunately Nero's DVD burning facility won't recognise the .wmv file which is the only output Movie Maker will do. And Windows Movie Maker doesn't have a burn to DVD option.
Any suggestions on how to get around this? I am guessing I will need to convert the .wmv to a .avi or .mpg format, or start again and make the whole project in Nero.
    Thanks in advance for advice,
    Jo

Thanks for the suggestion, Russ. I had found a converter application and made the .wmv into an .mpeg but the quality was dreadful. Do you think this DVDSanta will mantain a high level of quality?

DVDSanta has a free trial version you could try to see if you like the quality. One thing the trial shows a Demo Version box for about the first minute of the DVD it makes.
