How to alpha sort in Word, Excel or PPT

    When I open any of the above 3 programs and go to File>Open, it does not sort them alphabetically! How do I make it do that? I am using MS Office 2003.

    When you do the File->Open look for the "VIEWS" button. You can change the view to Details and then sort by any of the columns.
