Resolved How keep taskbar from stacking minimized icons

Both Win7 and XP now "stack" minimized icons of a similar type and often only show 1 icon on the taskbar for a particular group. By hovering over a particular icon you then see the various minimized icons and can choose which one you want.

Obviously if you like this effect, it does save space over the old horizontal placement of each minimized icon.

However, some of us would like to switch back to the old way so we can more easily see EACH icon that is currently open and minimized (particularly when you only have 4 or 5 open).

Is there a setting somewhere in Win7 and XP that will "turn off" this stacking option and give me back the old horizontal way?
