I have a small picture. When I look at it, it is like it's supposed to be. When I make it bigger, it's not as clear as it was.
I put it in my folder to show up as random screen saver. When it comes up, it's bigger, but clear, like a bigger picture.
How does Windows Screen Saver do this? I've tried several different programs to look at the picture bigger. None as good as Windows Screen Saver.
    Chris.

Try reducing the resolution, then check "blowing the picture up "

My guess is that the screensaver automatically reduces the resolution.

Chris, You could benefit by getting the freeware Irfanview. It does what you are referring to and so much more. Get all the plug-ins that are offered with it as well.

Enlarging images with the wrong software can be a very lossy operation. I don't know what graphics program you use but it sounds like it's not able to handle high resolution images properly. You'll love Irfanview.
