Resolved How do you remove the light blue (2ndary) startup screen in Win 7

    As it loads you go from "Starting Windows" to a light blue screen, to the desktop. Anyone know how to remove that light blue screen?

    Putting this one on hold for now. Too many Win 7 compatibility issues right now.
