Resolved How do you open photo attachment without security warning in Outlook?

I have Outlook 2010. When I receive an email with photo attachments, the first one I open has the security warning about opening attachments. The checkmark to untick 'always ask' is greyed out. How do I change this setting so that attached photos don't give this security warning?

 

Try running Outlook as administrator. The "always ask" checkbox should then be clickable.
