how do they make it: animated sig

I get mail with animated signature (text moving down or sideway)
How do they do that? is there a built in tool? or is it a plug-in?

Dear Welshjim, I did not mean that at all. I'm not a newbie. If I wanted to learn how to make a gif animation, I would have posted elsewhere of course. I'm here in OE forum. I just wanted to know how E M B E D an animation in OE6 messages.

 

sallam--If you already have the animated .gif, you click Insert|Picture on the New Message menu bar and follow directions to Browse to the location of the .gif and then OK to insert wherever you have placed the cursor in the email message.
P.S. I earlier answered the question in the title of this thread, which is "how do they make it...? "
