Does right clicking on the web page - such as this one, not bring up a menu list with 'View Source', which, when clicked opens the page in HTML in Notepad?

    Hi Pete,
Yes, when I right click on the page or click on 'view' I get 'view source' but nothing happens. It is possibily disabled and I would like to enable.
    Thanks
    Lewis

In IE, under Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab - which program is set as HTML Editor?

Is Notepad functional on your PC?

Deleting the Temporary Internet Files could also have fixed this issue.
