    Hello there,
On our network, we have about 5 9x machines (3 on 98, 2 on 95) and we allow user profiles. How do we configure IE to automatically configure the HTTP proxies used by IE? At the moment it is fairly tedious as when a user logs on for the first time, they have to manually configure their IE proxies.

What is the easiest way to do this? I don't see a policy which assists me in the Win9x policy editor.

If you are on a domain, you can push that down from the DC I think.

Assuming you want the same proxy settings for all users you could create a .reg file with the settings and then have a regedit /s xxx.reg in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
