    Will your PC support it?

Bob requires a minimum of a 486 with 8 megs of ram, 30 megs of free disk space, and 256 color VGA.

IAW (In Other Words): You do not want Bob on your PC. It's a dead and abandoned product.

As for IE, you should download Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1

I can't recommend connecting Windows 9x to the Internet. Would be fun to do & see how fast you get infected...

    Win9x and the Internet

I have Windows 95 connected to the Internet, without any AV software. I have been using it for Internet, e-mail, usenet and FTP, already over a year since reformat & reinstall. I havent had any problems.
