How do i get Internet Explorer to open a new window maximized?

Hi All,
how do i get Internet Explorer to open a new window maximized. it's becoming a pain in the butt to resize a new window each time i right click on a link and choose open in a new window.

IE likes to remember the size of the last secondary window closed so the following steps have worked on every system I've used it on:

1. Open IE
2. Find a link and tell it to open in a new window
3. Close the original window
4. Resize the remaining window by dragging it to the size you want...do not use the maximize button
5. Close that window
6. Reopen IE and all future IE windows should open maximized
