I don't know how to resolve this issue. I'm trying to update drivers through a
C:\Program Files (x86)\epson\guide\wf500_e\wwhelp\wwhimpl\js\html\wwhelp.htm and get a message to change the settings in flash player.

    I get this message:

Assuming you are using IE, go to Tools/Manage add-ons and disable it there. Turn it back on when you are finished.

If have a Flash Player settings applet in Control Panel, open it > Advanced tab > Trusted Location Settings... button > add the path that is has been blocking. Do this only if the Epson guide needs to load remote content.

It's probably safe to allow it. The swf may be sending stats such as printer model, date-time and accessed help content. Not much marketing value in help programs.

I went into the advanced settings and added the path to the file in the swf file and it worked.

    Thanks!
