When I boot up my computer (Windows 2K), I get a blue screen which says STOP: 0x00000050, Page Fault in NonPaged Area. I have rebooted several times and the same message comes up. How do I fix this?
    Thanks for your help.

    Charles,
How do I do this when my computer starts to boot up and goes right to the blue screen? I can't get past the blue screen.
    Thanks.

    Hi bob,

Can you get into Safe Mode?

    Regards - Charles

When I push F8, the screen shows different options such as safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, etc. When I select safe mode (the first one), I get back to the blue screen. However, there are other options I could choose. Is another better?

    Hi Bob,

Do you have a Last known working configuration choice? Not famailiar with W2K, but I think that would restore a copy of the Registry.

Do you have a Selective Startup - basic services and drivers loaded?

    Regards - Charles
