    Two questions (for now)

    1. How Do I delete the LAN/high speed connections from my networkconnections window?

    2. When I turn on the comp I get a window at the top is is labled Network Connections, and says,

"you (or a program) has requested information from www.brodcastnet Which connection do you want to use? "

and yes that is how brodcastnet is spelled on the window

how do I make that go away, or at least figure out which program is triggering it?

    thanks in advance

    how to delete

I think I know what you are talking about and here is what worked for me.
Go to the task bar and right click the network connections icon, it looks like two monitors. A menu will pop up, click on network properies.
This will bring up all connection. Find the one that you don't want and highlight it, right click and disable. That should do the trick.

Nope that does not work. it will work for dial up connections, but not for LAN/HighSpeed Connections,

I can not delete the WAN network driver, or the Intel(r) pro/100+ miniPCI driver

    delete things?

I stand corrected, you can't delete but you can disable from the task bar icon. I think i might have found some help. try using windows help...start-help-index (from the help bar) and type in "delete" for the key word, not the search. Find the one that talks about deleteing network components. Did I totally lose you on this one? Hope this one helps.
