How do i delete ie

    When i go to the Add/remove programs, Internet explore is not thewre! i want to uninsayll it but how can i when its not in the list, any thing i can do to slove this? :confused:

    ClubFM - welcome to the Board :)

    Which OS are you using - generally speaking you cannot uninstall IE as it is an 'integrated' part of Windows - at least that's what MS claimed in that famous court case :).

    You can run another browser along side it, though.

    In XP you can go to Add/Remove Programs > Windows Components and 'remove' IE - this does not uninstall it, but merely removes access to it from the Start Menu or Desktop.

    Theoretically, a program called IERADICATOR will strip I.E. out of Windows, and leave the rest, although I've never tried it. If you try it, please post back here and let us know how it worked.

    I suggest you leave it alone - I have read quite a few accounts of things being broken through attempted IE removals.
