Resolved How do I delete a username in Internet Explorer 8?

    I know how to delete the stored passwords.

    I want to remove a username which keeps popping up even though the password has been deleted.
    Can anyone help please?

    Wondering where its popping up?

    But most info is stored in Cookies. Deleteing the cookie deletes the information.

    Hi jerry zarb. To delete the browsing history as well as any usernames in IE8 open the browser and click Tools< Delete Browsing History. Make sure all the checkboxes are selected except for Preserve Favorites website data and then click the Delete button. After thats done close IE8 and restart the browser.

    Click in the box where the data shows that you want to remove, select the data, press the Delete key.... presto!
