When I R click a blank spot in my MY Documents I have a choice to
create a new Folder, shortcut, Briefcase, word document etc

How do I add PDF file to that menu? I use Foxit reader, the free version.

That would require you to get the registered version since the free reader can't create pdf files, only read them.

    Hi Alicia,

As SurferDude pointed out you will need an application that can edit PDF files. Once you have this article explains how to add new file types to the create new menu.
