If you're using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome, while holding down the [Ctrl] key, simply scroll the mouse wheel up (forward) to increase the size of the page or down (back) to decrease the size.

If your mouse doesn't have a scroll wheel, (or you're using a notebook), press [Ctrl][+] to increase or [Ctrl][-] to decrease instead.

Internet Explorer also has a little magnifier down on the botton right corner of the browser window. If you click the tiny little downward-pointing arrow head just to the right of "100% ", there are incremental selections available ranging from 50% to 400% and there's even a "Custom..." option.
