I am new to this forum and was needing help with I assume a fairly easy solution?

I have searced the web to find out how to access my outlook 6 express email from someone elses computer but can't seem to get a straight answer
I go into la la land. Any step by step directions would be so much appreciated.

If this has been discussed before, I appologize and would ask you to refer me to where the answer was posted.

    Thanks in advance,

You have to go to Tools->Accounts and add the account info.

Your ISP probably has instructions on thier web site.

On your computer open Outlook Express and go .....

Tools > Accounts - highlight your account > Export - save to a pen drive - or floppy.

On the other computer open Outlook Express > Tools > Accounts > Import (clearly the pen drive or floppy must be in the computer) - navigate to your account - a .iaf file, highlight it > Open.

Your account should be imported into Outlook Express.

Highlight it > Properties > General tab and check 'Include this account .....'

If the ISP on the second computer is not the same as yours when receiving mail you will see a popup box asking whether OE should hang up and dial your ISP or try to receive your mail using the existing connection. Try this latter option first before allowing OE to hang up and dial your ISP.

After all these years, you'd think I would have noticed the export/import buttons:eek:
