Had a bit of bother lately with a bit of corruption on PC lately which, hopefully, is now all sorted. Whilst trying to sort the problems I went backwards and forwards a few times with System Restore - to the point that I am not sure which restore date I'm at currently. Is there any way of seeing which Restore date I'm using ?.

If everything is working properly why not create a new restore point and you can name it anything you want. This way you will be sure that you have a good restore point that you can rely on.

Okay, point taken and thanks for reply. It's just that during my trying to sort out my PC problems and trying various restore points I somewhat lost track of where I was and which restore point I was on. It would have been helpful to have been able to see which restore point I was using. Fingers crossed, no problems now.

You would have needed to write things down. If there where no major changes done to the pc between the restore points - it pretty much doesn't matter which one you ended up using..
