How can i maintain the Windows NT and 2K Profiles Separately?

I may have asked a varient of this question before (not sure if it was this BBS), but I'll make it more clear...

We have 1 DC... about 20 clients... most of which are on 2K.. but there are a few on NT4 still. We use roaming profiles (defined on the server) for all of the clients at this time. What I would like is for 2K Pro machines to use different roaming profiles than NT4. I'd like NT4 profiles to be kept separate, so the NT4 machines, as a result, do not use any 2K-based profile.

Either this, or completely disabling roaming profiles only on the NT4 machines.

Is this possible? Sorry if this is not very clear. Let me know and i'll try and clear it up a bit.

Why would a business still be running NT Workstations?
Is IT that low on the totem poll (Priorty list)?
