I have a video file on my HD. It's a MPEG 2. When I try to open it up in DVD Shrink, it doesn't see the file. In fact, it doesn't recignize even the folder it's in. How can I get DVD Shrink to see my video file? Thank you, Chris.

Does it work for other files and there is just the single one giving you troubles?

What OS are you running and how much free HD space do you have?

No experience with that application but if it won't even see the folder, how about moving the file to a folder that DVD Shrink can see? I'm assuming that you've used it with similar mpg files without problems.

Thanks for the reply. I put it in another folder and that one doesn't open. Put it on the desktop and nothing shows on that one.

I'm shooting from the hip, but I believe Shrink only reads "VOB" file types, commonly found on DVD movies.
